Instructions

1. Outline simple shapes onto the poster board (pail, shovel, oven, chef's hat,
spoon, bowl, cake, ball, cups, crackers, books, and so on).
2. Cut them out and put a piece of two-sided tape on the back.
3. Place one item that identifies the next classroom activity onto the
storyboard.
4. Let the children guess with each item until they have solved the puzzle and
know what comes next in the daily schedule. For instance, a chef hat, bowl,
spoon, cake, and coat could mean baking and snack, then outdoor time.
