masking tape (white or colored)
Instructions
1. Using masking tape, draw a large shape on the floor.
2. Gather the children and talk about the shape on the floor, such as the size, number of sides, other shapes it resembles, and what objects are that shape.
3. Show them how to "balance" along the tape line and walk the shape.
