Instructions

1. Using a pin, poke holes in the bottom of a Styrofoam cup. If the children do this step, supervise closely.

2. Darken the classroom and shine the flashlight through the cup, creating a starry night on the ceiling.

3. Sing "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star."4. Talk to the children about the night sky.
