What to do

When transitioning throughout the day, sing what you want the children to do. For example:

At cleanup time, sing the following song to the tune of "Mary Had a Little Lamb."

It's time to put the toys away,
Toys away, toys away.
It's time to put the toys away
And save them for another day.

When the children need to wash their hands, sing this song to the tune of "Here We Go "Round the Mulberry Bush."

This is the way we wash our hands,
Wash our hands, wash our hands,
This is the way we wash our hands
Before we eat our lunch.
