Instructions

1. Have each teacher and aide in the class, including yourself, write a onepage
information sheet about themselves.
2. Write the length of time you've been with the class and/or center, how
long you have worked with children, any degrees you have and other
relevant training. Also, include information about what you hope to
accomplish during the year with the children. Provide contact
information so parents can ask questions or share concerns.
3. Make a list of all the songs you will be singing in the classroom over the
year. Parents can help by singing these songs at home.
4. Add another page with general classroom information. Inform parents
of any supplies that the child will need, such as a change of clothes,
blanket, or comfort item, as well as a reminder that the children's items
should be labeled.
