* April is National Frog Month.
1. Do the following fingerplay with the children.
Three little frogs (hold up three fingers)
Sleeping in the sun, (raise arms in a circle over head)
Here comes the heron (make upside down "V" with fingers)
See the frogs run!
2. If desired, cut out frogs, a sun, and a heron from felt to use on a flannel
board.
