Instructions
1. Explain to the children that moths and other bugs love to be around light at
night, and if the light is turned off, the moths fly away and look for food.
2. Give each child two white "wings" (tissue paper, scarves, or crepe paper).
3. Invite the children to hold one piece in each hand as they dance around the
circle greeting each friend to some "buggy" music.
4. When the lights go off, direct the children to stop and squat down.
5. Restart the moth movement when the lights are turned on.
6. Continue until everyone has had a chance to greet each classmate.
