* February is National Dental Health Month.
1. Talk with the children about which foods are good for your teeth and
which are not.
2. Draw a vertical line on a large piece of paper, making two columns.
3. Write "good" at the top of one column and "not good" at the top of
the other.
4. Provide a variety of old magazines and ask the children to cut out foods
that are either good or bad for their teeth.
5. After each child has cut out a few foods, let them put the pictures in the
proper columns.
