small flour tortillas (one per child)
variety of healthy snack items (raisins, Cheerios, dried apricots, and so on) cream cheese honey red or white grapes (halved) red apples, thinly sliced paper plates plastic spoonsInstructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and honey until well blended. Use
two parts cream cheese and one part honey. Set aside.
2. Give one tortilla to each child.
3. Help the children spread the cream cheese and honey mixture to the
edge of the tortillas, thick enough for snack items to stick.
4. Invite them to use raisins for eyes, a grape half for a nose, an apple slice
for a mouth, dried apricots for ears, and Cheerios for hair.
5. Fold and eat!
