Materials

Heart-shaped piece of wood (from a craft supply store)

wooden bead or spool

hot glue gun (adult only)

paint

paper

Instructions

1. Make your own inexpensive heart-shaped stamp. Use hot glue to attach a
wooden lacing bead or wooden spool on the back of a thin piece of heartshaped
wood (adult only).
2. Encourage the children to dip the stamp into paint, then onto paper to create
a pretty print.
