quart-size zipper-closure bags (one for each child)
hair gel in fun colors or plain gel and food coloring
disposable spoons and cups
masking tape
Instructions
1. Grab the children's attention with the following poem.
2. Recite each line of the poem with the children and together perform the
motions.
Give me a one! (hold up one finger)
Give me a two! (hold up two fingers)
Make a loud clap (clap hands)
Shout out "Boo!" (shout "boo!")
Give me a three! (hold up three fingers)
Give me a four! (hold up four fingers)
Slap a high five! (children give a high five to their neighbor)
