6 plastic film canisters

Cotton balls

Cinnamon and peppermint oils

Instructions

1. Make toast with the children. Put bread into a toaster (one slice for each
child).
CAUTION: Supervise closely. An adult should put the bread into the toaster and
remove it when it's ready. Make sure the children do not touch the hot toaster.
2. Next, demonstrate how to use the bear-shaped cookie cutter to cut out a
"toast teddy."
3. Ask the children to spread butter on their toast.
4. Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl. Encourage the children to
sprinkle the mixture on top of the butter.
5. Finally, add raisin eyes and buttons.
