Instructions

1. Punch holes into six sheets of paper and bind them together with string. Dothis for each child in the class.2. Write the title "My Book About Me" on the front page.3. On each page of the book, write sentences such as:Page 1: I live with:Page 2: My favorite book is:Page 3: On the weekend I like to:Page 4: My favorite food is:Page 5: My favorite part of school is:4. Give each child a book to bring home to complete. Write a letter to theparents explaining that they should work on it together. The parent can dothe writing and the child can illustrate it.5. When the children bring their books back to class, ask them to share theirbooks one at a time during story time.
