Instructions

1. Help each child
trace and cut
out two red
apples and one
white apple.
2. Help them glue
the white apple to one of the red apples. Glue just the top edge of the other
red apple to the white side of the two glued-together apples to make a card
that opens up to show the white.
3. Help the child write her name on the front.
4. When you have a few moments, take one child's apple and ask the child to
tell you one thing that she has done to help another child that day.
5. This activity promotes self-worth and responsibility.

children to do at least five good deeds, and to glue one brown seed to the
apple for each good deed done.
