Instructions

1. Explain that when you say, "Show me ____," they should act out the word. For example, if you ask them to show you tall, they might stand on their tiptoes and stretch their arms up high.

2. Ask the children to show you shapes and sizes such as: tall, short, wide, narrow, circle, flat, tiny, huge, bent, straight, and round.

3. Invite the children to work in groups to form different shapes and figures, such as a circle, line, or square. It may help to put masking tape patterns on the floor for more difficult shapes such as a square or triangle.
