Instructions

1. Place a variety of classroom items in a large bag (such as a crayon, book,
puzzle piece, plastic spoon, pencil, paper, small block, plastic hammer,
paintbrush, and plastic cup).
2. Review with the children the various classroom centers, using a visual
prompt for each center (for example, a paintbrush for the Art Station).
3. Ask the children to reach inside the feely bag one at a time and touch
an item.
4. Encourage each child to guess what the item is and say what center it
belongs in.
5. Have the child pull the item from the bag and place it in the appropriate
center.
