Instructions
1. Bring measuring tools to the Construction Zone and show the children how to use them.
2. Invite the children to create objects and shapes with the blocks, and talk about the height, size, and length of the objects they build.
3. Leave the measuring tools in the Construction Zone for several days for the children to explore at their own pace.More to do Art: Put rulers in the Art Station and invite the children to measure the size of their artwork, or to practice drawing lines and copying the numbers from the ruler onto the lines.
