What to do
1. Ahead of time, cut any shape from construction paper, one shape per child. Examples include
animal, flower, insect, or seasonal shapes.
2. Clean the bottles by removing the ball. Dry completely.
3. Pour a different color of paint into each bottle, then replace the ball.
4. Have the children use their new paint bottles to paint the shape.
5. Hang to dry.
More to do
More art: Punch a hole in the top of the shape and attach a piece of yarn or string to create a holiday
or window ornament. Use the paint bottles to create a mural on large craft or butcher paper.
