Materials

  • Strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, and pieces of cantaloupe,
  • banana, and orange
  • Toothpicks
  • Paper plates

 

What to do

1. Help the children wash their hands.

2. Ask the children to put three to five pieces of fruit on each toothpick.

3. Encourage the children to arrange their fruit on paper plates to look like a rainbow.

4. Eat the rainbows!

  • Art: Make a rainbow using paint and paper or colored construction paper and glue.
