Materials

Digital or 35mm camera

two 3" x 5" cards for each child

laminate or clear adhesive paper

Instructions

1. Take a photo of each child in the room. Print them or have them developed
in a 3" x 5" format.
2. Glue each photo to a 3" x 5" card. Laminate or cover with clear adhesive
paper for durability.
3. Print each child's name on a 3" x 5" card. Laminate or cover with clear
adhesive paper for durability.
4. Turn the cards (both photo and name) over on a table in a typical Memory
game format.
5. Let the children take turns turning over the photos and names. Help them to
read the names on the card and decide if the name matches the child in the
photo. If they match, the child keeps the cards; if not, they go back on the
table in their original positions.
6. Continue to play until all cards have been matched.
