Instructions

1. At the end of the year as you are cleaning your room, make a list of all your
supplies. Make a separate list for each cabinet, shelf, or closet and be as
specific as you can about each item on the list.
2. Type or hand write the list and make a copy to have at home as well as at
school.
3. This is great for lesson planning. You can see at a glance what items you
already have to use for different themes.
4. Whenever you put an item out, write the date next to the item on the list.
This will help with your rotation of supplies.
5. If you do this on the computer, save it in a file so you can easily make
changes as you add or delete supplies.
