Materials
Hot glue gun (adult only)
Plastic bottle caps
Large, plastic-coated paper plates, one for each child
Spoons
Tempera paint, several colors
Small brushes
Manila paper, white construction paper, or newsprint
Plastic containers of clean water, one for each child
Instructions
1. Cut the cellophane into different shapes.2. Encourage the children to glue the shapes onto sheets of wax paper,overlapping the edges of the cellophane.3. Help the children make frames using Popsicle sticks and glue.4. Demonstrate how to glue the collages onto the frames.5. Attach yarn and hang them in the window.
