Pill bugs

Instructions

1. Prepare the container for the pill bugs by layering the soil and creating hills. Add sticks and leaves and a rock. Dampen the soil and keep it moist throughout the experiment.

2. Enlist the children's help in collecting pill bugs. Place the bugs in their new home.

3. Observe the bugs for the next few weeks. The children will have fun watching the bugs feed on the leaves and decaying materials.
