Instructions
1. Make number cards for the children.
2. On the first card, draw one circle and write the numeral 1.
3. On the second card draw two circles and write the numeral 2. Continue until you have 10 cards.
4. Give the children the group of index cards to put in numerical order, beginning with numeral 1.
5. As the children get more practice at ordering the number cards, add more cards (through 15 and eventually through 20).
