black construction paper

scissors

bright neon colored paint

combs

white dot stickers for eyes

Instructions

1. Cut a small circle out of oak tag.
2. Cover the circle with aluminum foil.
3. Punch a hole at the top of the circle.
4. Weave a long pipe cleaner through the hole and bend the ends slightly, to
go over ears.
5. Tape the ends of the pipe cleaner to cover any sharp edges.
