Colorful objects or pictures of colorful items (for example, various types of trees;
flowers; fruits and vegetables; rocks; and common household items, such as
toothpaste, shampoo, and soap)
Instructions
1. Have a discussion with the children about cooperation. Ask them to tell you what it means.2. Divide the children into pairs.3. Give each pair a puzzle and an area on the floor to work.4. Encourage the children to work together. Remind them about cooperating, sharing, and problem solving.5. To extend the activity, give the pairs paper, markers, and scissors and ask them to create their own puzzles!6. Encourage the pairs of children to take turns showing and telling the rest of the children about their project or puzzle.
