Butcher paper

Instructions
1. Ahead of time and when children are not watching, place stencils randomly on the table orconcrete.
2. Cover the stencils with butcher roll paper and tape ends in place.
3. Place the crayons in the center of the paper.
4. Invite the children to rub the sides of crayons over the paper to reveal images of stencilshidden under the paper.
5. When the mural is complete, hang it on a wall or ceiling.More to doMore art: Let the children do the hiding. Put other things under the paper, such as pennies, texturedwallpaper, and leaves. Use chalk instead of crayons.
