Instructions

1. Tell the children that you are going to give directions and they must do the
opposite of what you say. Some examples of this are: stand/sit, pat top of the
headpat feet, hold up left hand/hold up right hand, pat your tummy/pat
your back, touch the front of your hand/touch the back of your hand.
