Instructions
1. Beforehand, make a matching game by cutting pictures of baby animals in
half across the middle to create tops and bottoms.
2. Glue each piece onto piece of tagboard.
3. Laminate or cover them with clear contact paper for durability
4. Back the pictures with felt using rubber cement.
5. Read Moo Moo, Brown Cow to the children. Discuss the special names for
the various baby animals: calves, lambs, kids, ducklings, goslings, chicks,
piglets, froglets, pups, small fry, and kittens.
6. Encourage the children to match the tops and bottoms of each animal on the
flannel board.
