The Foot Book by Dr. Seussblack coloring pencilcolored paperscissorsplastic inchworm countersglue

Instructions

1. Read The Foot Book to the children.

2. Give each child a black colored pencil and two different colors of paper.

3. Help each child trace a bare foot on one piece of paper.

4. Help them to cut out their footprints.

5. Have the children glue their footprints on the other piece of paper.

6. Using plastic inchworms as a standard of measurement, help them measure their footprints. Write the number of inchworms underneath the footprint.
