Instructions
1. Carefully cut the cardboard tubes into various lengths, graduating from
smallest largest.
2. Cover them with contact paper, felt, material, or paint. Be sure to alternate
the two colors to make an AB pattern.
3. Encourage the children to explore, seriate, pattern, and so on. This activity is
good for patterning, sorting, ordering, and sizing.
