Instructions

1. Recite the following rhyme, making the appropriate gestures when
prompted.
Mama duck laid an egg (make a fist for egg)
And its insides grew, (make fist larger)
And grew, (separate hands)
And GREW! (make a large space between hands)
Then her duckling popped right through! (raise hand, wiggle fingers)
2. If desired, substitute "chicken" and "chick" for "duck" and "duckling."
