Instructions
1. Go for a walk with the children to collect leaves or bring in an assortment of leaves ahead oftime. Cover the table with newspaper and place the leaves in the middle.
2. Invite the children to select one leaf each for their print.
3. Have them turn the leaf underside up, so they can see the pattern of veins on its surface, andplace it on a piece of newsprint or manila paper.
4. Show the children how to lightly brush the leaf with a coat of paint, covering its surface.
5.
