Instructions

1. Whenever you need an attention grabber,
reach into your pocket and announce that
you are pulling out your "magic binoculars."
Use your hands to create imaginary
binoculars that you look through.
2. Tell the children that your binoculars are
special because they only see children who
are sitting quietly and patiently. When you see children doing this, call on
them to do whatever activity is next.
3. Use this activity at any time, at a moment's notice!
