Instructions

1. Attach a large sheet of butcher paper to the wall.
2. Introduce the children to the concept of "Good Graffiti" at a large group time.
3. Talk about graffiti and define it for the group. Tell them that in the classroom
the only graffiti permitted is "Good Graffiti." Good graffiti is something that
makes another person feel good.
4. When children have a moment or two in between activities, encourage them
to go to the Good Graffiti paper and write or dictate something nice (a
compliment) about a friend, the class, a family member, or someone else who
is special to them.
5. This activity is great to use as children enter in the morning or depart at the
end of the day.
