Instructions

1. At the beginning of the school year, complete this activity over a period of
time using children's waiting time or any extra moments in the day.
2. Help each child answer the questions below. (Add your own questions.)
3. Place each child's questionnaire in the envelope with her drawings and
photo.
4. Write the child's name and address on front of envelope.
5. At the end of the year (or the end of two years or however long the children
are with you) check the validity of the address and mail the letters to the
children at home. They love getting mail!
