Instructions
1. Cut out 10 clouds from white or gray felt.
2. With a permanent marker, number them from 1 to 10.
3. Cut out raindrops from the blue felt.
4. Place the clouds and the raindrops in a basket next to the flannel board.
5. Ask a child to choose a cloud and say the number on it.
6. Next, have the child count out the number of raindrops and put them under the cloud on the flannel board.
7. Continue by having a different child choose another cloud and repeat the game.
