Instructions

1. This activity helps during those times when children must be quiet, such as
in the halls or on field trips.
2. At the beginning of the year, have a discussion about fish and how they keep
air bubbles in their mouths and swim quietly.
3. When the children need to get from place to another, ask them to "keep their
bubbles in their mouths" and move quietly like fish.
