Materials
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp margarine 2 eggs 1 can evaporated milk 16 oz. pumpkin 1/2 cup Bisquick blender pie plate ovenInstructions
1. Let the children help measure all the ingredients into the blender. Turn it on to
mix the ingredients (adult only).
2. Pour into the pie plate.
3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then at 350 degrees for an additional 20 to 30
minutes. The edges should be slightly brown and the center shouldn't be
runny.
4. Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator.
