Instructions

1. Read If You Give a Mouse a Cookie to the children.

2. Put the numbered brown circle cookies on the cookie pans.

3. Invite the children to place the correct number of "chocolate chips" (small black circles) on the cookies. For example, a child would put five chocolate chips on the numeral 5 cookie.

4. When they are done, encourage them to "bake" the cookies in the toy oven.

5. Tell the children to place the oven on 350 degrees and place cookies in the oven. Invite them to set the timer for the appropriate length of time.
