Instructions

1. Teach the children the following song and use it for any transition time.
Exercise, Exercise
Come on everybody, do your exercise.
Hands on hips, (put hands on hips)
Fingers on toes. (put hands on toes)
(name of child), show me how your exercise goes? (select a child to choose an
exercise and have the group copy it together)
2. If there is time, give each child a turn.
3. This is great for getting the wiggles out too!
