Instructions
1. Discuss the weather and how and where peoplefind out about the weather for the day. Explain tothe children that the job of meteorologists is totrack and predict weather.
2. Place the large map on the board.
3. Show the children some examples of how to draw types of weather: snow, sun, rain, windand clouds.
4. Let children draw weather on small cards and mount them on the map.
5. During center time, they can tell the weather on the map.More to doMath: Use beads to lace how many sunny, cloudy, snowy or rainy days you have in a week ormonth.
