Instructions
1. Throughout the year, keep samples of the children's work. For example, keep
something from August, January, and May.
2. This is a good tool to use for parent conferences and data collection.
3. At the end of the year, put the items together into a memory book for the
child's family.
4. You may also want to use a developmental checklist throughout the year to
record what skills the child has learned and when. Include this in the memory
book.
