Instructions
1. Locate six pictures of houses, each with a different number of windows (one to six).
2. Glue these in a vertical line on the right side of the poster board turned horizontally.
3. Print the numerals 1 to 6 in a vertical line. Glue these to the left side of the poster board, opposite the houses.
4. Laminate the poster board for durability and cut out.
5. Make holes next to the six numerals on the left and the six houses on the right.
6. Use a paper drill to cut the 12 holes if a hole punch will not reach.
7. Cut the shoelaces and tie the cut end into knots to keep them from pulling through the holes.
8. From the back side of the poster board, attach the shoelaces through the holes on the left, next to the numerals. The knots will be on the back side of the poster board.
9. The child threads the shoelaces from the numerals on the left through the appropriate holes next to the houses on the right to match the numerals to the correct pictures.
