Instructions
1. Help the children, if needed, tape (or secure with a rubber band) a small
piece of black paper over one end of each tube.
2. Help the children punch holes in the black paper as well as randomly on the
tube using a thumbtack. If working with very young children, have them
mark where they want their holes with a marker and make the holes for
them. Or, use a pencil.
3. Encourage the children to put the tubes up to a window or light to see the
beautiful "constellations!" (If working with older children, you may try to
replicate patterns of actual constellations.)
