1. Draw a cornucopia and make a copy for each child (see illustration).
2. Ask the children to cut out the cornucopia and color it.
3. Cut out pictures of fruits and vegetables from magazines.
4. Encourage the children to glue the pictures (or attach stickers) onto the mouth
of the cornucopia.
5. Cut old manila file folders into the shape of a "T" (2" for the vertical line and
3" inches for the horizontal line). Make one for each child.
6. Show the children how to fold the T in half along the vertical line. This will
make two L's when opened up part way.
7. Glue one side of the upside down T to the back of cornucopia. This will act
as a stand so the cornucopia can be displayed on the table.
