1. Set up an obstacle course with items listed above or other available items.
2. Make signs for each station that tells the children what to do as they move through the course. For example:* Roll over two times on the mat.* Crawl around the chair four times.* Take five giant steps through the flattened tires.* Crawl through the barrel one time.
