Instructions
1. Teach the children the following poem.
A floppy, yellow sunbonnet
With a lot of pretty flowers on it.
Jenny puts the bonnet on
To shade her from the summer sun.
Ooey gooey sunscreen
For feet and face and in-between.
Steven rubs the sunscreen in,
So the sun won't burn his skin.

Ask the children if they can think of other ways to protect their skin from the
sun's rays (for example, a shade tree, an umbrella, or sunglasses).
