Materials
Pencil paper
Instructions
1. Select one child and ask him to write a number between 1 and 100 on a piece of paper. Keep his number secret.
2. The child then tells the class which multiples of ten his chosen number is between. For example, if he chose 34, he would say, "My number is between 30 and 40."3. The rest of the class then guesses the chosen number.
4. For younger children, tell them the numbers right before and after the chosen number. For example, if the child chooses 34, he tells them the number is between 33 and 35.
