Materials

Branch of leaves newspaper hammer glycerin large jar

Instructions

1. Lay the branch of leaves on several layers of newspapers.

2. Using a hammer, tap the end of the stem until it is slightly crushed.

3. Mix one part glycerin to two parts water in a jar.

4. Place the pounded end of the branch into the glycerin mixture and let it set for two weeks. The leaves will be thicker and their color will have changed, but they will not disintegrate or fade.
